No need for any exercise, equipment or sitting on the floor (brrrr), we sit on chairs, wear comfortable clothing and that’s it, .there are no catches it’s free, to help you relax, sleep better, improve your own health and face life’s hurdles, lots of those lately, and as a bonus it gives you insight into your own problems with ways to solve them.
