Neighbourhood Action Group

a multi-agency problem solving group 


tackles mainly police related issues affecting Burghfield, Mortimer, Beech Hill, Padworth, Sulhamstead, Ufton Nervet and Wokefield.

 

Group membership

Thames Valley Police, West Berkshire Council, parish councils, schools, housing associations and residents.

meetings

The group meets every 6-8 weeks. Meetings are open to the public

Minutes

Crime figures, parish reports and actions are recorded in the minutes.

Successes

The group has tackled several residents concerns, from speeding to unlawful encampments.

If you think a situation could get heated or violent very soon, if  someone seems in immediate danger or you need support right away call 999.

Community Groups

Several groups work to reduce crime.

Building Communities Together: supports people and places to develop solutions to local issues, improve wellbeing, raise aspirations and create stronger communities. MORE HERE
